Website information

The designs, images and descriptions on this website are indicative of our work and design direction. Final scope, materials, dimensions, finishes, price and timeline are confirmed only in a written quotation or work order.

Design and quotation

Custom furniture and interior requirements are assessed individually. Measurements, site conditions, access, electrical or civil dependencies and customer approvals can affect the final solution and schedule.

Custom-made work

Furniture made to order is produced against the customer-approved design, specification and finish. Minor natural variations in wood grain, veneer, fabric, stone and handmade finishing may occur.

Payments

Payment stages, taxes, delivery and installation charges are governed by the accepted quotation or work order. Work may begin after the agreed advance or milestone payment is received.

Site readiness

The customer is responsible for providing safe, reasonable site access and ensuring that relevant civil, electrical, plumbing or other prerequisite work is complete before installation.

Changes

Any change requested after design approval, material procurement or production may affect cost and timeline. Such changes will be discussed and confirmed before proceeding.
