Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our approach to changes, cancellations and refunds for design services, custom furniture and interior projects.

Custom orders

Most Furniture Duniya products and interiors are made to order. Once a design is approved, materials are procured or manufacturing has started, the order may not be cancelled or eligible for a refund because it has been created for your specific requirement.

Before production begins

If you wish to change or cancel an order before production begins, contact us promptly. Any eligible refund or adjustment will be assessed against work already completed, design services, materials ordered and the terms of your accepted quotation.

Design and site services

Consultation, design, measurement, travel, site coordination and similar services already delivered are generally non-refundable, unless a written quotation states otherwise.

Damage or incorrect delivery

Please report any visible transit damage, installation issue or material discrepancy as soon as possible after delivery or installation. We will inspect the concern and, where applicable, arrange repair, replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Final authority

Your signed quotation, invoice and written work order take precedence over this general website policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law.
